Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 82-22 South Conduit Avenue in South Ozone Park, Queens. Located between Linden Boulevard and 149th Avenue, the interior lot is closest to the Howard Beach – JFK subway station, serviced by the A train. Zios Sachtouris is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 35-foot-tall development will yield 11,731 square feet, with 9,169 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have seven residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,309 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have six enclosed parking spaces.
Giuseppe Bonomo of Design Build Staten Island Inc. is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
