Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 22-10 47th Street, in Ditmars Steinway, Queens. Tenants will be fourteen blocks away from the Ditmars Boulevard Station, end of the line in Queens for the N and W trains. The site has been empty for over a decade and has been used intermittently for parking.
Gerald J. Caliendo Architect will be responsible for the development. This is the second permit submitted for the site with the firm connected. The first was back in March of 2009, with identical information attached.
The 35-foot tall structure will yield a total of 5,220 square feet. Three apartments will average 1,237 square feet apiece, indicating condominiums. The building will create a single-vehicle parking garage and have space for two more cars to park off-street.
LD Ditmars Realty LLC will be responsible for the development.
The estimated completion date has not been announced.

Please pardon me for using your space: Not experiment to explain about a three-story.
