The affordable housing lottery has launched for 69-03 and 69-05 Ditmars Boulevard, a pair of three-story residential buildings in Ditmars-Steinway, Queens. Designed by Carusone & Cherres Architects and developed by Andrew Zoitas, the structures yield a total 18 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $102,823 to $187,330.
Residences come equipped with dishwashers, air conditioning, energy-efficient appliances, name-brand kitchen countertops and finishes, high-speed internet, and patios or balconies. Amenities include a rooftop terrace and elevator. Tenants are responsible for electricity.
At 130 percent of the AMI, there are three two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $2,999 for incomes ranging from $102,823 to $187,330, and two two-bedrooms with a monthly rent of $3,100 for incomes ranging from $106,286 to $187,330.
Prospective renters must meet income and household size requirements to apply for these apartments. Applications must be postmarked or submitted online no later than June 9, 2023.
