Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed use structure at 2741 Fulton Street, in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. The site is two blocks away from the Van Siclen Avenue Subway Station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Nine blocks to the West is the Broadway Junction Subway Station, serviced by the A, C, J, L, M, and Z trains. Fulton Developers will be responsible for the project.

The 60-foot tall structure will yield 10,670 square feet of space, with 6,850 square feet of residential space, and 650 square feet of commercial-retail space on the ground floor.

10 apartments will be created, averaging 685 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Tenants will have access to a lobby, first-floor recreational space, accessory space in the cellar, and a single parking space.

Diego Aguilera Architects will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits were filed in September 2013. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
