Permits have been filed for two four-story residential buildings at 762 and 764 East 32nd Street, in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The site is four blocks away from the Flatbush Avenue Subway Station, end of the line for the 2 and 5 trains, which is encircled by several large commercial-retail buildings. STG Realty Group will be responsible for the development.

The two four-story structures will yield a combined 13,525 square feet of space, with 10,780 square feet dedicated to residential use. The building will create 16 apartments, averaging 674 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.

There will be a penthouse space extending beyond the fourth floor. Accessory storage will also be available in the cellar. No parking spaces will be created.

RSLN Architecture is responsible for the design.

Demolition permits were filed in September of last year. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
