Permits have been filed for two buildings at 3315 and 3317 Parkside Place, in The Bronx’s Norwood. The site is eight blocks away from the 205th Street Subway Station, the final stop for the D train. The Williamsbridge Train Station, serviced by Metro-North, is two blocks away. Atlantis Development will be responsible for the project.
The two structures peak at 39 feet, yielding a combined 16,240 square feet of space. 12,330 square feet will be dedicated to residential use. Sixteen apartments will be created, averaging 771 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. 600 square feet of recreational space will be available for tenants on site.
Badaly Architects will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits for the two-story structure and basement were filed in late December 2017. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
