Located on the south side of East 3rd Street, between Avenues B and C, the existing commercial building houses offices, a meeting area, and a large theatrical studio and performance venue, but will undergo conversion for residential use. The building will rise seven floors above ground to 75 feet, with additional cellar living area and a basement. 20 rental units are planned, in total, putting the average apartment unit at about 1,046 square feet.
