Recently submitted permits reveal minor design updates for a ten-story residential building at 3187 Grand Concourse, in Norwood, The Bronx. The structure will still reach 10 stories and top-off at 94 feet, but the number of residential units has been increased from 32 to 33 since previously reported by YIMBY.
The building will comprise 23,011 square feet of residential area.
Located on the west side of Grand Concourse between Van Cortlandt Avenue and East 205th Street, the existing lot is currently vacant and undeveloped. Future occupants will enjoy close proximity to both the 4 train at Mosholu Parkway with B and D trains at Bedford Park Boulevard-Grand Concourse.
The project is being development by Nicolas Benhamou, operating under 3187 Grand Concourse LLC. Gerald Caliendo of Caliendo Architects is responsible for the building’s design.

Please pardon me for using your space: Eliminate me from details of developments I cannot. (Hello YIMBY)
Would be cool if they could incorporate schist into the design!
