Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 150-16 Hillside Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. The site is two blocks from Parsons Boulevard, serviced by the E and F trains, and the Jamaica Center subway station is seven blocks away, serviced by the E, J, and Z trains. Muhammad S Alam is behind the applications.

The 64-foot tall structure will yield 13,180 square feet, with 7,810 square feet dedicated to residential use, and 2,360 square feet for commercial use. Retail space will be available on the ground floor, with offices in the cellar. Ten apartments will be created, averaging 781 square feet apiece, indicating rentals.

A. NG & A. NG Architects Studio will be responsible for the design.

Demolition permits have not been filed, and the estimated completion date has not been announced.
