Permits have been filed for a four-story commercial building at 151 Dwight Street in Red Hook, Brooklyn. The site is eleven blocks away from the Smith-9th Street subway station, serviced by the F and G trains. Otsego LLC will be responsible for the development.
The 78-foot tall structure will yield 51,100 square feet, with 25,860 square feet dedicated to commercial-office use. Offices will occupy all four floors, with a ground-level parking garage bringing capacity for 39 vehicles.
AR Tech Engineering will be responsible for the design.
The lot is currently vacant. Its neighbor, 20 Coffey Street, is a new building recently finished in 2016. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
