Located among TriBeCa’s southern-most blocks, 30 Warren Street has officially topped-out. The mixed-use condominium project has peaked at 12 stories above street level, and work is expected to fully wrap by the close of 2019.
Under development by Cape Advisors, the structure will contain nearly 45,000 square feet of residential space with 23 units in total. Layouts will range from one to three bedrooms, spanning from 1,000 to 2,700 square feet. Eight of the condos will also include private outdoor space. Ground-floor retail will account for another 5,578 square feet.
According to David Kronman, Managing Partner and Senior Executive at Cape Advisors, 30 Warren is one of the most exciting projects the firm has developed.
“It’s in TriBeCa and enjoys everything the neighborhood has to offer, but just outside the historic district, which allowed us the freedom to create something architecturally compelling and modern with Post-Office Architectes and HTO Architect,” said Kronman. “The building has both oversized picture windows and a glass curtain wall not normally seen in Tribeca, and a unique textured architectural concrete facade that is truly striking. 30 Warren will be completed within the next year and we believe it will add to the fabric of one of New York’s best neighborhoods.”
