Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1165 Hoe Avenue in Foxhurst, Bronx. The site will be located three blocks away from the Freeman Street subway station, serviced by 2 and 5 trains, and six blocks away from the Whitlock Avenue subway station, serviced by the 6 train.
