Fresh renderings from local developer Hello Living reveal a sleek, mixed-use building on the rise in Brownsville, Brooklyn. Located on a sprawling corner lot, 203 Sutter Avenue, the project will be named Hello Sutter, and will include 52 residential units and over 10,000 square feet of commercial area.
Residential space accounts for the majority of construction area, measuring a total 35,033 square feet. Accommodations include studio rentals up to four-bedroom units. Future occupants will also have access to front and back outdoor terraces, a 28-vehicle automated parking lot, and private storage units.
To date, Hello Living has developed 13 successful projects throughout Brooklyn with an additional four buildings in the pipeline. Hello Sutter, the most recent addition to the developer’s portfolio, is expected to debut sometime in 2019.
Hello Living’s website states “Our vision is to design and build properties that we would live in ourselves and we believe we have a responsibility to cultivate vibrant communities, enhance neighborhoods, and contribute beautiful and unique properties to New York City’s architectural history.”
