Permits have been filed for a six-story mixed-use building at 1672 Castle Hill Avenue in Westchester Square, The Bronx. The site is five blocks from Castle Hill Avenue, serviced by the 6 strains. Onsite Property Management is behind the applications.

The 59-foot tall structure will yield 12,780 square feet, with 9,540 square feet dedicated to residential use, and 3,240 square feet for a community facility. Ten apartments will be created, averaging 954 square feet apiece, which could mean condominiums or rentals. One parking space will be included on site. Tenants will have access to a rooftop recreational space and residential lobby.

Gino Longo Architect will be responsible for the design.

The lot is currently vacant, meaning construction can start as soon as the permits are approved. The estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. Please pardon me for using your space: I seem to have appeared on details and reading altogether. (Hello YIMBY)

  2. 10 units and a rooftop. Nice size units.
