Was this inspired by a NYC cookie?

  2. Subtle, not.

  3. Terrible, YES

  4. The rendering makes it look so much taller than the building to it’s left when in reality it’s about a single story taller and the home on the right of it is the last single-family home on this side of Bedford Park Blvd. The rest of the homes have all been demolished and replaced by 8-9 story apartment buildings.

    • Wow, you are right. Good thing this didn’t have to go through community review. That rendering is very misleading.

    • They’re both bad but the nonsense on the corner is the true ribbon winner. Ghastly.

    • Yeah it looks like it was rendered in minecraft with little to no effort made to depict the flanking building realistically. Scale wise it appears this project is depicted fairly accurately, for better or for worse.

    • Why Is Everyone So Anxious to Tear Down All Single Family Homes?

Weird rendering, but the building isn’t terrible except maybe the first floor as usual.
“Amenities include pet-friendly policies and an accessible entrance” Now we’re talking.

  6. It would have been decent if they just continued the bottom half all the way up

  7. Some buildings and homes look horrible on the outside and great on the inside. However coming hike from work or exiting and entering the building, I wouldn’t want to live there. It would have to have something more aesthetically pleasing as the brickwork outside the building facade.
