One Sixteen has officially launched sales for a catalogue of condominium residences in Rockaway Beach, New York. Located at 133 Beach 116th Street, the project broke ground earlier this year and has today reached the fifth floor.
One Sixteen will comprise 86 units beginning at $350,000 for one-bedrooms, $630,000 for two-bedrooms, and three-bedroom condos with pricing yet to be disclosed. All residences will include 9-foot ceilings, white oak flooring, and top-of-the-line appliances.
Led by NYC-based developers at The Marcal Group, the design team includes Fischer Makooi Architects with interiors by Me & General. The complete development includes an 8-story main building and 8 duplex residences adjoined to the primary condo building.
