Permits have been filed for a three-story residential building at 45-14 50th Street in Sunnyside, Queens. The site is six blocks away form the 46th Street Bliss Street subway station, serviced by the 7 trains. Also nearby is the intersection between the Queens-Midtown Expressway and the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway.
The 33-foot tall structure will yield 10,000 square feet, with 6,750 square feet dedicated to residential use. Seven apartments will be created, averaging 964 square feet apiece, which could mean rentals or condominiums. Residents will have a room for recreation, laundry, and tenant storage.
T.F. Cusanelli and Filletti Architects will be responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
