Permits have been filed for a seven-story residential building at 934 East Gun Hill Road in Williamsbridge, The Bronx. The site is six blocks away from the Gun Hill Road subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Arthur Franciosa of Franciosa Development LLC is listed as behind the application.
The 68-foot tall structure will yield 14,430 square feet for residential use. 23 apartments will be created, averaging 627 square feet apiece, indicating rentals. Parking for 12 bicycles and 12 cars will be included on site. Residents will benefit from a laundry room.
Gino Longo Architect will be responsible for the design
Demolition permits for the single-story structure have not been filed yet. The estimated completion date has not been announced.
