Construction at 282 Elbert Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn has nearly wrapped following some minor scheduling delays earlier this year. The project was originally anticipated to be complete this past summer.

The property will join a flurry of new residential buildings in the buzzing, rapidly diversifying neighborhood. This particular project will top-off at five stories and comprise 13,195 square feet of residential area. While available amenities have not been confirmed, permits filed reveal a market offering of 17 units. At about 776 square feet apiece, rental apartments are most likely.

Original permits were filed in Spring 2017 by Robert Michaeli of Urban View. Bulletins at the construction site list Brooklyn B as property owner, who share the same address as Ainslie Tower at 467 Keap Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

  1. Please pardon me for using your space: Not painful looking on construction and agreeing at all about its design.
