Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 324 East 93rd Street, in Yorkville, Manhattan. Located between 1st and 2nd Avenue, the interior site is two blocks south of the 96th Street – 2nd Avenue subway station, serviced by the N and Q. Immobiliare Capital and Nexus Building Development Group are the developers behind this project.
The concrete structure will yield 13,309 square feet, with 10,030 square feet dedicated to residential space. The boutique condo building will have 6 units spread out across the 6 floors, averaging 1,671 square feet each in the 60-foot tall structure. There will also be a rear yard 30 feet long.
Ralph Kowalczyk of Issac & Stern Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits may not be needed for the vacant lot. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
