Permits have been filed for a five-story community facility at 30 Clinton Avenue, in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Located between Flushing Avenue and Park Avenue, the interior lot is five avenues north of Clinton-Washington Avenues subway station, serviced by the G train. John Silviano, principal of Barone Management is listed as the owner of the property.
The proposed 60-foot tall development will yield 50,050 square feet. The concrete-based structure will have a rear yard 20 feet long, and will be used for education facilities. Joseph Sultana of JLS Designs is responsible for the architecture.
No demolition permits have been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
