Located at 197 Van Vorst Street in Jersey City’s Paulus Hook neighborhood is The Quinn. New photos of the 16-story tower’s chic interiors were released as construction wraps up on the 153-unit residential development. Marchetto Higgins Stieve is the architect while Fogarty Finger Architecture is the interior architect. Field Development Group as the developer of the mid-rise building.
The building sits right outside the Manhattan Yacht Club, while the Marin Boulevard light rail stop is a short walk to the west. A number of new developments and waterfront towers line the edge of the city. Residents of the Quinn have views of downtown Jersey City, the Lower Manhattan skyline, and Liberty State Park.
The 7,300 square foot project has retail space on the ground floor, and a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units can be found above. Throughout the amenity areas, modern artwork commissioned by local women artists hang among the marble and wood finishes. There is a landscaped roof deck with a pool and barbecue grills, a 24/7 concierge service, Amazon package lockers with notification screens, a children’s playroom, a library and media room, a solarium, and a fitness center. Wi-fi is installed throughout all common areas for residents.
