Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 2345 West Street in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located between Avenue W and Avenue X, the interior lot is four blocks east of the Avenue X subway station, serviced by the F train. Steven Scaba is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 35-foot tall project will yield 14,467 square feet, with 10,786 square feet designated for residential space. It will have nine residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,198 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar, basement and a rear yard 30 feet long.
Anthony Vandermark of Minervini Vandermark Architecture is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
