Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 331 Avenue U in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located between McDonald Avenue and West Street, the lot is near the Avenue U subway station, serviced by the N train. Aviran Nachum of M.N.C. General Contractor Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 17,988 square feet, with 17,828 square feet designated for residential space and 160 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 10 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,004 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 30-foot-long rear yard, seven open parking spaces, and three enclosed parking spaces.
Studio Gallos is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

It’s not 75 feet tall and 11 floors.
i dont understand how this website can be so sloppy sometimes
Studio Gallos is a great choice if you are going for a slick glassy edifice that pays absolutely no attention to context.
Closest to the “F” train (@ Avenue U station right on McDonald Avenue) is more like it.
