Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 18 28th Avenue in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located between Bath Avenue and Harway Avenue, the lot is one block from the Bay 50th Street subway station, serviced by the D train. You Jun Li of Dyker One LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot-tall development will yield 9,359 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 12 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 779 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar, a 35-foot-long rear yard, and 13 open parking spaces.
S M TAM Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in July for the single-story residential building on the site. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
