Permits have been filed for a three-story mixed-use building at 2379 84th Street in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Located between 23rd and 24th Avenues, the lot is near the 20th Avenue subway station, served by the D train. Michael Calabrese of Stellar Contracting LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 30-foot-tall development will yield 9,225 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have nine residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,025 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and six open parking spaces.
Paul Lombardi of Design Studio Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed earlier this year for a two-story residential building. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
