Located on the corner of Franklin Avenue and Prospect Place, the vacant lot is one block north of the Park Place subway station, serviced by the S train. It is also seven blocks south of the Franklin Avenue subway station, serviced by the C and S trains. David Manesh of Two Lot LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
