With sales expected to launch this Spring, new renderings and a teaser site are now live for 98 Front Street, one of the latest ground-up condominium developments in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Designed by ODA, a New York-based architecture studio, the building’s cubic structure resembles a game of Tetris and playfully incorporates a number of private outdoor terraces. The building will contain 165 residences that range from studio to four-bedroom homes. Floor plans begin at 400 square feet and reach upward of 2,000 square feet.
Each residence will offer ten-foot ceilings, white oak flooring, and oversized, sound-attenuated windows. For a modern touch, the condominiums will feature smart features such as keyless locks and advanced intercoms.
With a stated focus on residents’ health, amenities will include an indoor salt water pool, spa, steam room, and both indoor and outdoor fitness centers. A 7,000-square-foot roof deck crowns the building and is complete with outdoor grills and kitchens, a bocce ball court, an outdoor screening area, a communal lounge, and co-working space.
“At 98 Front Street we set out to design an environmentally friendly, wellness-centered, and design-forward building that both stands out and complements the neighborhood’s historic and industrial aesthetic,” said Sha Dinour, partner of Hope Street Capital, the property’s owner. “At the same time, our goal was to create a building that features an attractive unit mix and price points that appeal to first-time buyers and the many creative professionals that want to live in DUMBO.”
Hope Street reportedly purchased the property for $60 million in November 2017.
This Spring, the real estate investment firm will open a dedicated sales office for prospective buyers. The building is expected to complete by Spring 2020.

Please pardon me for using your space: One World Trade Center is surrounding with other towers. New renderings revealed glittering on light I said. (Thank you)
The rendering is from the air, it would be nice to see what it would look like walking alongside this building from the street. From the rendering provided, it looks very horrible – a solid concrete wall.
Those huge blank walls will make a lovely impromptu art wall…
Graffiti would be the best-case scenario
Looks stunning; very excited. What would I need to do, in order to be the exclusive broker for this listing?
