Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 42 Devoe Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Located between Union Avenue and Lorimer Street, the through lot is one block south of the Metropolitan Avenue-Lorimer Street subway station, serviced by the G and L trains. Peter Sansone under the 42 Devoe Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 8,370 square feet designated for residential space. The reinforced concrete structure will have eight residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,046 square feet.
Christoper Papa Architect is responsible for the design.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
