Brooklyn-based developer Chaim Landau will soon complete a new four-story residential property in Clinton Hill. The rising building is located on a small interior lot at 385 Classon Avenue and will likely accommodate students attending Pratt Institute, a private university whose main campus is located just four blocks away.

The development will contain eight rental units. Above the first floor, each apartment will include four modestly sized bedrooms. At the ground level, duplex units will most likely span one level below grade.

Residential amenities, if planned, have not been announced for the new building.

Landau originally purchased the property in 2019 after the foundations were already completed and installed by a previous developer. This iteration of the project will comprise 5,479 square feet and is expected to complete by December 2019.
