This is a waterfront, 257-unit rental property complete with 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. A collection of one- and two-bedroom residences start at $1700 per month with occupancy immediately available. BNE Real Estate Group and HornRock Properties are the two developers. The site is located at by the intersection of Harrison Avenue and Dey Street, and sits directly next to the Passaic River.
Apartments feature nine-foot ceiling heights, oversized rooms, custom modular closets, in-home washers and dryers, complimentary window treatments, balconies and patios in select homes, kitchens with white stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas ranges, wine racks, abundant cabinetry, and customized storage.
Amenities for the building include a 24-hour concierge, five lounge spaces, a two-level fitness studio with yoga and spin room, a vintage-inspired library with private meeting rooms, a multi-level pool deck overlooking the waterfront with a bar lounge and barbecue grills, a firepit, an open lawn area, and a bocce ball court. Exclusive shuttle service to the new Harrison PATH station is also available for all residents.

Future occupants are expected to move in at the end of the month.
