Permits have been filed for a four-story apartment building at 1103 Greene Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Located between Bushwick Avenue and Evergreen Avenue, the interior lot is four blocks east of the Kosciuszko Street subway station, serviced by the J train. Arash Gilardi under the 1103 Greene LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 5,029 square feet, with 4,114 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have six residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 685 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a penthouse and a cellar.

Wu (Woody) Chen of Infocus is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
