Permits have been filed for a 12-story mixed-use building at 2680 Morris Avenue in Fordham, The Bronx. Located between East Kingsbridge Road and East 196th Street, the lot is one block east of the Kingsbridge Road subway station on Jerome Avenue, serviced by the 4 train, and the Kingsbridge Road subway station on Grand Concourse, serviced by the B and D trains. Sakander Raja of S&N Builders is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 115-foot-tall development will yield 38,242 square feet, with 32,192 square feet designated for residential space, 3,963 square feet for community facilities, and 2,087 square feet for commercial use. The building will have 36 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 894 square feet. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and 46-foot-long rear yard.
Nouredine Benabdelhak of Alnour Consulting Engineering is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

So I feel comfortable when you would report where the project lived, I had access to information for safety reasons (I like it).
