Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 674 Hancock Street in Stuyvesant Heights, Brooklyn. Located between Malcolm X Boulevard and Patchen Avenue, the lot is seven blocks north of the Utica Avenue subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. Rave Aviad under 674 Hancock Street LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 40-foot tall development will yield 5,673 square feet, with 5,033 square feet designated for residential space. It will have seven residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 719 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 42-foot-long rear yard.
Robert Bianchini of Arc Architecture + Design Studio is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits were filed in March of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
