The Lofts Pier Village has officially topped-out in the seaside village of Long Branch, New Jersey. Extell Development Company recently celebrated the milestone achievement alongside key members of the project team, who have already been awarded for their contribution to the local community by the New Jersey Builders Association.
Designed by ShorePoint Architects with interiors by The Childs Dreyfus Group, the residential project is expected to debut in 2020, and will eventually contain 245 homes that range from one-bedroom to four-bedroom spreads. Each unit will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, open layouts, and private outdoor terraces.
“We are excited that we have reached this major construction milestone ahead of schedule, and will soon be able to offer residents the opportunity to move into their new beachfront homes,” said Richard Coleman, Senior Vice President of Construction at Extell Development Company. “Our firm has built a strong reputation delivering top quality homes to discerning buyers, and we are thrilled to bring this level of sophistication to the vibrant Pier Village offering a seamless lifestyle, including spectacular views, outstanding amenities, and top-tier service.”
Outdoor amenities are designed by the award-winning Melillo and Bauer Associates, and include a one-and-a-half-acre private outdoor park, and an amenity deck with exclusive access for residents. The resort-style comforts include an outdoor lap pool deck with towel service, cabanas, a lounge area with fire pits and grills, and landscaped relaxation lawns.
Within the building, future occupants will have access to a state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga studio, men’s and women’s locker rooms, a resident’s lounge with a catering kitchen, screening and game rooms, a children’s playroom, a pet washing station, package reception and a mail room, bike storage, refrigerated storage, and associated parking.
The Lofts Pier Village is the centerpiece of the final phase of the Pier Village development, which also includes the recently opened Wave Resort, a boutique luxury hotel built by Kushner Companies. Since launching sales in 2017, many of the residential units have already sold or are in-contract.
