This week, Ironstate Development and KRE Group launched preview leasing of 235 Grand Street, which will soon be one of the tallest residential structures to debut on Jersey City’s Hudson River waterfront. The 46-story tower is set to offer a collection of 549 apartments with an assortment of amenities. Designed by HLW International, the development is expected to grant occupancy by September 2019.
Interiors were designed in collaboration with Bentel & Bentel and range from studios to two-bedroom units. Amenities include a fitness center with a barre studio, exercise room, library, co-working spaces, conference room, and a media room. In addition, residents can enjoy a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, movie screen, fire pit, cooking stations, a dog run, and a children’s playground. The development will also offer bicycle and package storage, and an enclosed parking garage.
Monthly net rents range from $2,060 for studios, $2,540 for one-bedroom residences, and $3,680 for two-bedroom units.
