Wilder Balter Partners Offers a First Look at 25 Maple Avenue in New Rochelle

Following approvals from city agencies, construction will soon begin on a new, seven-story residential building in New Rochelle, New York. The structure will replace a parking lot at 25 Maple Avenue.

Designed by Beyer Blinder Belle Architects & Planners, the sprawling development will introduce 184 apartments including 54 studios, 100 one-bedroom, and 30 two-bedroom units. It will also support a 200-vehicle public parking garage.

Wilder Balter Partners, the development team responsible for 25 Maple Avenue, operates primarily in Westchester and is responsible for a number of new residential properties in the Hudson Valley.

This most recent development is expected to kick-off construction in the fall.

  4. a building in a middle of nowhere apart from the city. Who cares of an uncharacteristic resi building like this that is neither big or small.
