Permits have been filed for a five-story mixed-use building at 163-11 72nd Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Located between 163rd Street and 164th Street, the closest subway station is Parsons Boulevard, serviced by the E and F trains. Xi Zhao under the D&R Sanford Group LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 50-foot-tall development will yield 38,337 square feet, with 19,800 square feet designated for residential space and 7,109 square feet for community facilities. The building will have 29 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 682 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 15 enclosed parking spaces.

Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in January of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
