As construction continues to proceed at 2155 Caton Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn, Z Architecture has released new renderings of the rising residential building. Located on a through lot between Caton Avenue and Lenox Road, the five-story structure will eventually comprise 32,118 square feet of residential area. The property is expected to yield 27 condominiums including a collection of two and three-bedroom homes. The most premium residences will offer outdoor balconies and large terraces along Caton Avenue.
The new renderings appear to reveal communal roof area with planters and recessed glass boundaries. Below these levels, the building is enclosed in tan-hued masonry, large windows with brass-colored mullions, and pin-mounted metal signage above the ground floor.
As reported by YIMBY in 2016, Sammy Mah is credited as the developer of the property and previously spent $3,490,000 to acquire the three neighboring lots that support the existing property.

…large terraces along Caton Avenue…
Yes! With lovely views of trucks and buses 24/7.
??? couldn’t have said it better. Enjoy all the carcinogenic diesel truck exhaust from your private balconies at a premium price
Those ground level outdoor areas are on Lenox, not Caton. I just can’t imagine folks in the ‘hood won’t throw their trash / cigarettes, etc onto the terraces just out of spite. Seems like a recipe for disaster for newcomers unused to the nature of the neighborhood. Bizarre to have that right at street level.
How can my mother apply for one of these apartments
