Located between Second Avenue and Belt Parkway, the lot is five blocks from the 53rd Street subway station, serviced by the R train. Gang Wing Li under the Hui Xing Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 49-foot-tall development will yield 8,915 square feet, with 7,938 square feet designated for residential space and 70 square feet for community facilities. The building will have 12 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 661 square feet.
Tan Architect is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

216-57th street Brooklyn is in the Northern part of the B ay Ridge section of Brooklyn….not in the Borough Park section .
The address is a Stone’s throw from Lutheran/Langone Hospital, which is not in Borough Park.
2nd Ave is NO WHERE near Borough Park!!
