  1. Black magic with the development, do you think it will be possible on your report? Scientific truths can prove that five-story buildings are taller than two-story buildings. Based on the multiplication course I remember. (Hello New York YIMBY)

  2. What happened to Disqus?

  3. This location is in Sunset Park Brooklyn, not Borough Park.

  4. 216-57th street Brooklyn is in the Northern part of the B ay Ridge section of Brooklyn….not in the Borough Park section .
The address is a Stone’s throw from Lutheran/Langone Hospital, which is not in Borough Park.

  5. 2nd Ave is NO WHERE near Borough Park!!
