Permits have been filed for an eight-story residential building at 320 East Mosholu Parkway South in Jerome Park, The Bronx. Located on the corner of Perry Avenue and East Mosholu Parkway South, the lot is about five blocks east of the Bedford Park Boulevard subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Gac Haxhari under the Gaci Realty LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 74-foot-tall development will yield 27,305 square feet, with 22,225 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 33 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 673 square feet. The masonry-based structure will also have a cellar and a 24-foot-long side yard.

Fred Geremia Architects & Planners is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits were filed in February of this year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

  1. I will read in an excited way, wow! This is beautiful world of development. I see all things booming on its direction, and freshness could occur with words toward kindness of large on you. (Hello New York YIMBY)

  2. Gee that’s just what this already overcrowded neighborhood needs another apartment! The article mentions a cellar but no word on parking for the residents? This should really go well with the apartments being built at the end of the Concourse and at 202nd Street off Briggs. How long will it be until they uproot the trees on Mosholu Parkway’s median and put up a cew more complexes? I, for one, can’t wait.

Every little space in this neighborhood they want to gill with a multi story building !! There is no parking in this area. Can’t wait to get out !!

    • It’s a disgrace. They keep putting up buildings and not one of them have parking facilities. Bedford Park was once a beautiful place to live in. Not anymore.

    • Just what I was thinking. No additional room for kids, seniors, grocery shopping and especially parking

    • Why are you posting here? It’s NY YIMBY not NIMBY.

Want parking? Pay for an off street space.

  4. Sad. I wish to win the lotto and buy up land and give it back to Nature!

  5. Flecked brick turd coming right up.
