Permits have been filed for a four-story mixed-use building at 379 Dewitt Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. Located between Hinsdale Street and Williams Avenue, the lot is four blocks from the New Lots Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. Yechiel Ausch under the Dewitt 375 LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 45-foot-tall development will yield 18,616 square feet, with 17,562 square feet designated for residential space and 1,054 square feet for community facilities. The building will have 26 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 675 square feet.
Naresh Mahangu of NY Building Associates is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
