Permits have been filed for a 21-story residential building at 98-10 63rd Road in Rego Park, Queens. Located between 98th Street and 98th Place, the lot is about three blocks from the 63 Drive-Rego Park subway station, serviced by the M and R trains. Kenny Liu under the Chuang Heng Rego Park LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 143-foot-tall development will yield 248,466 square feet, with 177,376 square feet designated for residential space and 19,024 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 261 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 679 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 156 enclosed parking spaces.

Anthony Ng of Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
