ODA’s Cubic Condominium Building at 98 Front Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn Nears Completion

Construction is moving along at 98 Front Street in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The ten-story residential project is designed by ODA and will feature a range of condominium units from studios to four-bedroom homes with over 100 distinct layouts, starting at $670,000. New York-based real estate investment group Hope Street Capital launched sales last month.

New photos taken from the Manhattan Bridge show the pixelated exterior curtain wall of concrete and glass nearly finished. The floor-to-ceiling windows bring in plenty of daylight and offer views of Brooklyn and Manhattan. A few window panels and the glass terrace railings are the last components awaiting completion.

Amenities include an indoor salt water swimming pool, a steam room and spa, a fitness center, and a secondary fitness room located in the upper portion of the property. There will also be a residential communal lounge, coworking space, a 7,000-square-foot outdoor communal rooftop terrace with BBQ stations, three separate outdoor kitchens, a bocce ball court, and an outdoor screening area. This exterior space will be enhanced with uninterrupted views of the Lower Manhattan skyline, the East River, and both the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges.

The closest subway is the F train at the York Street station, which is only two blocks away to the east past the Manhattan Bridge. The A and C trains are located at the High Street station, just a six-minute walk to the south. The ferries at Brooklyn Bridge Park to the west are only seven minutes away by foot.

98 Front Street is on track to debut in the spring of 2020.
