David Frank under the 1183 New York LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 56-foot-tall development will yield 6,369 square feet, with 5,999 square feet designated for residential space. The masonry-based building will have nine residences with a penthouse, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 666 square feet.
