The parking lot on the other side of this lot collapsed and has been replaced by a Blink Fitness. Two private houses just to the side of this were demolished for an 8-10 story building. A bunch of 8-10 story buildings are being erected up he street. Forget parking. How are these extra people fitting on the bus and train? Once the buildings from the Jerome Avenue rezoning are up, it’s a wrap for the 4/D trains.
