Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 3327 White Plains Road in Williamsbridge, The Bronx. Located between Rosewood Street and Magenta Street, the lot is two blocks north of the Burke Avenue subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Victor Gjonaj is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 56-foot-tall development will yield 26,126 square feet, with 15,572 square feet designated for residential space and 357 square feet for community facility space.   3. I was told by a site foreman why not Badaly if it works. I informed him that he could take the opportunity to really make the Bronx standout. But they rather buy material by the same place. And all the buildings look the same.
