Permits have been filed for a three-story commercial and manufacturing building at 43-34 37th Street in Sunnyside, Queens. Located between 43rd Avenue and Queens Boulevard, the lot is three blocks east of the 33rd Street-Rawson Street subway station, serviced by the 7 train. New York Custom Interior Millwork Corp. is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 47-foot-tall development will yield 28,149 square feet, with 16,999 square feet designated for manufacturing space. The steel-based structure will also have a cellar and 13 enclosed parking spaces.
Frank J. Quatela Architects is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits will likely not be needed as the lot is vacant. An estimated completion date has not been announced.

There is no words to express my happiness for the good news.
May God bless you.
