Located between Maple Street and East New York Avenue, the lot is near the Sterling Street subway station, serviced by the 2 train. Lev Kheyfets under the 537 Brooklyn Avenue LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The proposed 75-foot-tall development will yield 16,577 square feet, with 11,149 square feet designated for residential space and 2,747 square feet for community facility space. The building will have 15 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 743 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a penthouse and a 35-foot-long rear yard.
Kindo Holdings is listed as the architect of record.
Demolition permits have not been filed as of yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
