Permits have been filed for an 11-story mixed-use building at 714 East 241st Street in Wakefield, The Bronx. Located between Cranford Avenue and Furman Avenue, the lot is steps away from the 241st Street subway station, serviced by the 2 train. Enclave Equities is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 110-foot-tall development will yield 266,350 square feet, with 198,329 square feet designated for residential space and 24,116 square feet for commercial space. The building will have 251 residences, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 790 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar and 44 enclosed parking spaces.

Demolition permits were filed in May of last year. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
